The phrase Alpenglow refers to the reddish glow near sunrise and sunset in mountainous areas. Excellent as a ground cover or in rock gardens in temperate climates. The flowers are yellow. A go-to complement to echeverias and other succulents in dish gardens. Will hang over sides of containers or small walls.
