Lithop are a genus of succulent, otherwise known as “Living Stones,” whose name is derived from a combination of two Greek words meaning “stone” and “face.” Formed by a pair of fleshy little thumb-like leaves, which produce a flower, and another set of leaves from inside the slit of the original pair.
