The Peruvian Apple Cactus (Cereus repandus) is an impressive, fast-growing columnar cactus with tall, ribbed blue-green stems that can reach dramatic heights. In summer, it produces large, night-blooming white flowers, followed by edible fruits known as Peruvian apples. Its architectural form makes it a striking statement plant indoors or outdoors in warm climates.
